Setting the amount of money your business is willing to contribute to local organizations can be done here. The form below states how much you're willing to give for each new customer that scans your QR code that supports a local charity as well as how much for each returning customer. All of this can also be capped by an optional cap for each month. At the end of the month, contributions are calculated and distributed evenly among your customers charities they support.
If you change your settings in the middle of a month, we will calculate your contributions at that given moment and create an entry in your history table for what is owed. Then moving forward we will calculate all contributions at the new rates. Contributions are calculated at the end of each month at the given rate at the time of the report, regardless of changes you make to your settings.
